Art of Stillness: Finding Balance at the time of chaos

As we navigate this world of duality, we manifest both what serves us well and what doesn’t. Our feelings, emotions, and thoughts fluctuate throughout the day, creating a reality filled with both good and bad. It is the voice of our heart that helps us distinguish the right path from the wrong, guiding us toward our destiny, our true home. Without following our heart, we remain trapped in a spiral.

My master once told me in meditation, “If you cannot trust your heart, if you cannot follow your heart, there is no way you can move forward.” This world is full of duality. To manifest what we truly desire, we must fully surrender to the darkness. Once we are centered, the voice of wisdom becomes louder, allowing us to create our reality. We are the authors of our own stories.

When you are confused, do nothing. There is profound wisdom in stillness. By doing nothing, you return to stillness, allowing yourself to hear your heart and surrender to the process. Sometimes, we need to let the universe do its job. It’s like driving with your best friend; sometimes you drive, and sometimes you trust your friend to drive, enjoying the journey as it unfolds. There are times when doing nothing is doing everything.

Meditation

Every action creates karma. This doesn’t mean you must sit idle, but rather learn to flow with life and move when needed. Surrender to live in balance, maintaining harmony between your mind and heart. You cannot survive without both in this world of duality.

When panic surrounds you, sit back. It’s like drowning in the ocean; the more you struggle, the more you sink. Swimming in deep waters requires stillness, presence, and trust. When you let go, you slowly rise to the surface, conserving energy to swim when it’s truly needed. During times of chaos, the art of stillness allows you to see beyond the immediate turmoil. What happens right in front of you is not the full story. Stillness enables you to move, pivot directions, and overcome the storm, slowly and steadily. Sometimes you need to stand still; other times, you need to move. The art lies in keeping the balance.
