Parmiss serves as an energy conduit and personal coach. She transmits and activate raw life force energy (Kundalini). She also transmits her most native state of non-dual awareness.Parmiss is a certified KAP Level 2 facilitator, having received training from the esteemed KAP Academy and its founder and master, Venant Wong.With over 13 years of dedicated practice in yoga and meditation and over 3 years of focused work with life force/Kundalini energy and non dual consciousness Parmiss brings a wealth of experience to her clients, guiding them on their healing and personal life journeys. Parmiss has successfully hosted over 7 weekend immersions and retreats in Australia and over 100 KAP classes and in Australia, Europe, and Asia.
Carolina is a dedicated KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) Level 1 Facilitator, Reiki Master, and Accredited Yin Yoga teacher, bringing a deep commitment to healing and transformation. With a background in energy work and mindfulness, she guides individuals on journeys of self-discovery, emotional release, and spiritual growth. Carolina’s holistic approach blends the restorative power of Reiki, the grounding and introspective nature of Yin Yoga, and the profound energy awakening of KAP, supporting each person in connecting to their inner potential and embracing life with renewed clarity and peace.

Yes, you can settle the retreat total in installments. Please note that a small surcharge applies for this option.
You are responsible for making your way to the retreat destination. Mexico City International Airport, also known is the airport to arrive to, and we will pass on airport transfer recommendations with our good friend.
Yes valid travel insurance for your trip to Mexico and all experiences is a requirement to attend.
At our retreat venue, we offer both single and shared bed options. Single beds are available in twin rooms (for 2 guests) Shared bed spots are located in our king rooms. It’s important to note that room assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend securing your spot early to get your preferred accommodation choice.
This retreat follows the travel guidelines for visiting Mexico. As of now, proof of vaccination is not required to enter Mexico. Please check independently to ensure you are covered and can arrive without any incidents.
No, As this is a healing and personal growth retreat, and we work with the life force energy we do not allow drinking or taking any drugs during the retreat program. If caught, you will be asked to leave the retreat.
