Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

At Ahleph, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • One-on-one sessions
  • Group sessions
  • Workshops
  • Weekend or One Day Immersions
  • Retreats
  • Trainings
  • Digital or in-person experiential offerings

Once a booking or purchase has been completed, no refunds, exchanges, or transfers are offered.

No Transfers or Exchanges

Bookings are non-transferable and non-exchangeable by default.
This includes transferring your place to another person or moving your booking to a different date, session, workshop, or retreat.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and extenuating circumstances, a transfer (not a refund) may be considered.

  • Any request for a transfer must be made in writing.
  • Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Approval is entirely at the organiser's discretion.
  • Approval is not guaranteed.

The organiser reserves the right to request supporting information where appropriate and to decline any request without obligation to provide a transfer.

Responsibility of Attendance

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your availability and ability to attend.
  • Missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures do not qualify for refunds, credits, or transfers.
  • Personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, or changes of mind do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Event Changes

Ahleph reserves the right to make changes to facilitators, venues, schedules, or program structure where necessary.
Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

If Ahleph cancels an event entirely, participants will be contacted directly regarding next steps.

Acceptance of Policy

By completing a purchase through the Ahleph website or Shopify store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
