1. Introduction

Welcome to Ahleph (“Ahleph”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Ahleph website, services, content, and any purchases made through our Shopify store, including participation in Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) sessions, Non-Duality offerings, workshops, immersions, retreats, and trainings.

By accessing this website, purchasing, or participating in any Ahleph offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or participate in our services.

2. Nature of Services & Participation

Ahleph provides experiential, educational, and personal development experiences, including but not limited to:

• Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) classes
• Non-Duality sessions
• One-on-one sessions
• Group sessions
• Workshops, immersions, and retreats
• In-person and digital experiences

By enrolling, you agree to actively and responsibly engage in the practices and activities as guided by the facilitator or instructor.

3. Health, Well-being & Medical Disclaimer

You acknowledge and understand that Ahleph offerings—particularly KAP—may involve physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual experiences.

• Ahleph services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatments.
• We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
• You are solely responsible for your health and well-being.

If you have any physical condition, mental health concern, emotional vulnerability, or are under medical or psychological care, it is your responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

4. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation in all Ahleph offerings is entirely voluntary.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You participate at your own discretion and risk.
• Experiences may be intense, unpredictable, or emotionally activating.
• You assume full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, associated with participation.

5. Liability Waiver & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby:

• Release, waive, and discharge Ahleph, its facilitators, instructors, organisers, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising from participation.
• Agree that Ahleph is not liable for any injury, accident, illness, emotional distress, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participation.

This release applies to all Ahleph offerings, including KAP classes, workshops, and retreats, and operates to the maximum extent allowed under Australian law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Confidentiality & Safe Space

You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants.

• Personal experiences shared during sessions, workshops, or retreats must remain confidential.
• This confidentiality is essential to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

7. Photography & Video Recording

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Photos and/or videos may be taken during Ahleph sessions, classes, or events for educational and promotional purposes.
• These materials may be used on websites, social media, or other marketing channels.

If you do not wish to be included, you must inform the organiser in writing prior to the event. Reasonable efforts will be made to respect your request.

8. Code of Conduct & Removal

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward facilitators and fellow participants.

Any behaviour deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful may result in immediate removal from the session or event without refund, transfer, or credit.

9. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• Full payment is required in advance to secure a place.
• Refunds, transfers, and exchanges are governed strictly by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• No refunds are provided for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures.

10. Changes & Cancellations by Organiser

Ahleph reserves the right to modify schedules, content, venues, or facilitators where necessary.

If an event is cancelled by Ahleph due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified, and a refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at Ahleph’s discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All Ahleph materials, frameworks, teachings, recordings, and content are protected intellectual property.

You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any materials without prior written consent.

12. Consumer Law Compliance

Australia

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including guarantees relating to due care and skill.

European Union

For EU customers, services with a specific date or period of performance (such as workshops and retreats) may be exempt from withdrawal rights.

International

For customers outside Australia and the EU, services are provided subject to applicable local consumer protection laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or participating in any Ahleph offering, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• Accept them fully and voluntarily
• Agree that participation constitutes a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent permitted by law
