KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Process, a transmission of life force energy and non-dual consciousness. This practice leads to a profound rediscovery of your essence, pointing you back to source/oneness.
It allows universal energy to flow, opening chakras and breaking through limiting blocks, resulting in a heightened—state of awareness. A mystical experience beyond words.

KAP goes beyond traditional kundalini practices or techniques like breathwork. DURING A KAP SESSION ...
KAP is not a will-force practice; it is a path of surrender. Unlike other modalities such as kundalini yoga, tantra, or breathwork—which require you to follow a process by engaging the mind—during a KAP session, you don’t need to do anything. You simply lie down on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, listening to the background music, while the facilitator transmits the energy, guiding your life force to be activated and move through your body. That’s all. Each time you attend a KAP session, the experience will differ from the last, and each person’s journey within a class is entirely unique.
